Traveling from out of town and having to unexpectedly get 2 new tires was not in my plans or budget. Not to mention I had to be somewhere at a certain time. Team members Mike and Nate were very understanding of my constraints and walked me through everything. I am very pleased with the exceptional customer service I received at the store at 54 and Gunn Hwy in Odessa, FL today. Nathan was very helpful and courteous to me, and I will definitely come back to this store.
The whole staff is knowledgeable and very kind. Never pressured to buy something that isn't needed. Treated like family and listened to when I voiced concerns. I talk to everyone about coming to this location. Thanks for being awesome!
I had a bad valve on my trailer tire that was leaking . Luckily there was tire Kingdom right across the street. I walked up to Nathan who was at the service desk and explain my problem. He took me right then and there without any weight and got me back on the road. Big ups and great thanks to Nathan at tire kingdom! Will definitely come back whenever there's another problem. Highly recommended!
