Steve had tremendous customer service. He helped me through every issue i had no clue about and even took my car in close to close without any appointments. Amazing manager and person!
We had a screw in one of our tires. We dropped it off before the store was open and placed our key in an early bird envelope. We went to work and called once the store was open. The tire was fixed in to time at all and we were able to pick it up after work. Steve the store manager and the entire team at the Odessa Tire Kingdom are the best. I recommend them to anyone that needs service done on their vehicle. Top notch service!
