Made an appointment for an oil change and brought my car in. I was told to not get a regular oil change but a blend or full synthetic...ok fine. When I presented the $10 off coupon on my phone, the associate gave me a hard time and said I needed to have it printed. It literally says to present a digital or printed coupon. I told him that I was still following Tire Kingdom's directions and even showed him what it said, and with a nasty attitude he said that he would honor it this time, but next time I had to print it. Brought my car in for a flat tire, picked it up 7hrs and $600 bill later, without my approval. I had given them my vehicle maintenance card so they took it upon themselves to call the maintenance card phone number and obtain their approval without consulting me, the driver in charge of the vehicle who brought it in to them in order to repair a FLAT TIRE! Now company I work for has to pay for the repairs.
Did not have a good experience there today. I took my truck for an oil change and was told they couldn't do it because it had a "severe leak" oil pan was leaking, and two other places I don't remember. My husband told me to take it somewhere else, guess what, they did you the oil change with no problemsuccess never mentioned a leakage problem, nothing!!!!!. Could it had been that I had a coupon for $19.99? A regular oil change is $53. So he made up a story because he couldn't charge full price? It's unbelievable. Will never ... read more
Amazing customer service !! I came in and was greeted immediately with a warm smile and a big HELLO. They looked at my car and the mag wheel was broken (could not repair it that day .... and I had to leave that day); so they gave me back the car keys and wished me all the best on my return trip ....and no charge !!! If ever I have tire problems. I will go back to Tire Kingdom as they know how to treat a customer right !!
$33.41 for a patch is ridiculous could of bought a used tire for $35.00
