When you talk down to women and add unnecessary charges just because you think we don't know any better, you just lost a lifetime customer.
These guys were full of appointments and the man who sold me the tires helped to put them on and I was in and out in like 30 minutes. I will continue to go to my tire kingdom for my tire needs
Brad didn't make me squat down in the heat to read the tire number or try to sell me bologna like walmart tried. Tires, brakes, oil change, alignment. Yes!!!! Thankyou for being the subject matter expert and straight shooter that I can trust instead of a sheister!! Plus, the coffee was pretty good.
Just put new tires on my car and could believe how nice and knowledgeable they were. Buying tires is not something I look forward to but working with John, Brad and Mark made it stress free and as painless as possible.
Made an appointment on line for an oil change 2 days ago. They called me the afternoon of my appointment to tell me that Mr. Johnson "called " the store to make an appointment for the same time so they gave it to him because if you "CALL" you get priority! He said I could come in and wait an hour or more until they could get to me. Customer Service lousy if you ask me.
I brought my car in tonight after noticing that I had a screw in one of my tires. They plugged it for me, and they didn't charge me to do it! I was the last customer of the night and I was appreciative of them taking care of my car!
I Woke up the other morning to a flat tire. I Called, they said come on in with no hesitation. They were very busy and had no openings but managed to squeeze me in as well as 2 other unexpected customers no problem! The guy that fixed my tire was very polite and gave me a few tips for tire care too. Thank you all for getting me back on the road again fast!!
