They say maybe 4 hrs, Bin here for more then two truck hasn’t move from were I parked;(
Told to be there at 8:00, that it would be hour and half. 3 hours and 20 minutes later finally finished. Stood at counter trying to pay. Nobody never even looked at me. One of the guys at counter looked like he would rather be anywhere else. Never looked up to acknowledge I was there. Terrible experience, won’t be back
very very rude counter person older guy..u need 2 be fired u have no customer skills. my wife went in to get a tire patched which was not in the no patch zone. and tried 2 sell her a 250.00 tire... and the tech separated the tire from the rim and thru it back in her car and said we can't help you... really..
Buyer beware!!!! Make sure you read everything before they do the work. They say one thing and on paper do everything opposite of your conversation. Very bad business. I thought per my conversation I was getting everything we talked about for one amount and in the end it was not. I signed for one amont but paid about $70.00 more in the end! They are rip offs. Be careful! They are not getting my or my family's business ever again and I have a huge family!
I arrived close to closing time with a huge nail in my tire. I was in a panic because my car didn't come with a spare or a jack. Audrey was very helpful and made my bad day much better. Customer service is everything!
Audrey was awesome! She explained everything thoroughly and was very friendly.
