We paid 1300 to repair our van, the problem was not fixed. The manager Mike is nowhere to be found. He told us he will fix the problem. I am highly upset, that we were overcharged. The are asking us to buy new tires after we have just bought the tires less than two weeks. We paid 500 for spark plug change and spark plug wires. I need this matter to be fixed.

They are always busy so make sure you have the time but they always take care of their customers. Great customer service.
So we dropped off our vehicle Friday morning before having to leave later Saturday to go out of town... they had multiple issues supposedly with the truck, never got one call , had to keep calling because we were wondering why it was taking so long , and then he tells us he apologized and will have someone call us back and the car would be ready in the next hour. Scheduled a appointment on Tuesday and got a call Monday saying they weren’t able to take me due to some issues they ran into with other customers vehicles understand. Rescheduled for Friday of the same week then get a call that day and they cancel again asking if I can come in another time. Was also told by the mechanic it’s a very easy fix shouldn’t take more then 30mins. So why cancel on me twice then. Very unreliable

I would like to congratulate the manager of the Tire Kingdom branch in Palm Bay Rd, Palm Bay, Fl. I went there on 10/26/18 at around 6 pm anxiously after noticing I was having a flat tire while driving in the neighborhood. The manager stated politely that he couldn't assist me at this time, being overwhelmed with work, but said : " I can put the emergency doughnut tire for you, free of charge, that's the least I can do now and you can come back tomorrow."
