Complete liars and fraud! bought tires from them 1.5 yrs ago. 4 Cooper truck tires. Service Manager David...complete liar. Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. Took TOTAL advantage of me being female. Not sure if oil was actually changed....Tires were never rotated. David had me sign receipt that all services we’re rendered. I trusted him. Scheduled an appointment and showed up early. They had lost all my information and had to input everything again. Showed up a few hours later and my car had not been touched. They forgot about it. I’m sorry I wasted 3 hours of my time dealing with a company that does not care about their customers. They should spend more time training their staff.

The wait was way to long and I feelbif I didn’t question things I would have paid way to much
This is my second time trying to get an oil change there. The first time I was completely ignored after waiting for awhile. No acknowledgment. So I left. After a few months I happened to try again so I walked in and he had a couple that he was talking to and a lady that was near the waiting room. He finish with the men and look down and started writing on his paper... As this was happening a man came in and cut me off and got in front of me and was helped like I was never there. Thanks, I won't be back.
