RecommendedSuper friendly staff. Tyler and Greg helped me right away after my tire popped at the car wash. Thankfully they are across the parking lot! I ended up needing a new tire and a sensor and was in and out within the hour. Highly recommend them!
I took my vehicle to Tire Kingdom to have two tires replaced under warranty. When I picked up my car, the fan motor was making a terrible noise. I alerted the manager about the problem, and he said it was because they checked the cabin air filter. The manager became very angry when I told him that they created the problem, and slammed my car door and went back into the store after telling me there was nothing he could do. Fuck that place. Rude people and horrible management. They are a tire place and should only sell tires only. Take way the shop. They have horrible "mechanics" working there. They can not even see simple things wrong with your vehicle and they say they have A1 certified mechanics. What a joke!
Used this store for a "high mileage" oil change. Upon returning for an issue, they told me I had a transmission problem. Got a second opinion and found out later that I was two quarts low in transmission fluid. Called to let them know, and all I received was rude behavior and refusal to rectify their incompetence - no offer of future discounts, refund etc. I question whether they even changed the oil. SMH, my whole family uses this location for our vehicles too.
Mis - diagnosed power steering. Trying to charge me $1,000 for hoses, ac belt, and a serpentine belt. Well my brother just tore apart my car, and found the hoses are fine, but my o-ring is what is causing the leak. He also informed me that my serpentine belt and ac belt are not that bad
Terrible service. Very rude and seemed as if they didn't wanna be there. Charged 31.99 for a tire mount and install that I never received. Do not do business here. Worst place to go in all of Titusville.
I've used this establishment three times after moving to Florida a few months ago. Initially, I had no problems and the service was quick and easy. On my third visit for an oil change and their free tire rotation everything seemed to be fine. Until my check oil light came on about thirty minutes after leaving. Pulled over and checked my oil levels, and there was no oil in my car. Needless to say I will never be using this company again, and I do not recommend their service to anyone.
I purchased 4 tires yesterday . The 1st problem was when they installed different size tires than I asked for, different from the invoice! I pointed this out and, eventually after much stalling and return trips, they replaced the tires with the correct size. Then, this morning, I have a flat tire!!!!
