Got there day before Thanksgiving needed 2 tires. They had them and put them on, with a friendly courteous service. Their corporate office should be proud of these folks. Steven P.
The man at the counter was the rudest person we’ve ever encountered in a customer service position. And according to another employee this guy is not even from the E 40 store! Needless to say this was our first and will be our last experience with Tire Kingdom.
I made an appointment, ended up waiting an hour beyond my appointment time before they even started to rotate my tires. I told them exactly where to put my tires, as I needed the spare rotated in (Jeep). They didn’t and then told me it would be an additional two hour wait if I wanted them to do it properly as I had asked them. No thank you...
take time to make sure that their work is completed had a rack and pinion fixs still take it back every 2 wks to put fluid in it... Ocala ss blvd...
Absolute worst company... original price for two tires and alignment just over $200. Price for four tires and no alignment $346... wtf. Literally tried to tell them no after my mom took MY CAR in because I am dealing with a migraine and needed it done. Her name is not on the title and legally they shouldn’t be touching it without permission. Instead the guy tells me it’s not my company and he is doing what the “customer asked”. I saw recently where a local business owner had a dispute with service you provided at which time your tech Ray Pew decided he would go on social media and call the customer “a liar.” Waiting to see what comes from this and how this situation is handled before I return to your shop.
Went in for an 11am apppointment for an oil change and alignment. As I wait one of the employees complained and was visibly angry for around 20 minutes over the fact he didn’t get a bonus. 10 minutes later he comes to me and says that I need new tierods in order to have the alignment. Do I need new tierods, I don’t know, but it seemed all to convenient. So I am taking my car for a second opinion.
