brought my truck in for a tire patch and a new taillight bulb... they offered oil change bc it was due soon... got home and realized they never replaced the bulb or fixed my tire. told me to come back at 8 so they can get me to work.... tech isn't in until 9... then had the nerve to charge me for their screw up. first time I brought it in I asked for an oil change, they replaced a tire and didn't do the oil change. they have chimps working this place.

Great customer service I had a dead battery I pulled in one minute the close and James took me right in and took great care of me right away. technician stayed late to take care of it and not one time did I got the impression at all that they felt like they were put off for having to stay late to fix my truck for me and my daughter to get it to go home.
Poor service, unethical sales practices, and irresponsible staff. The staff at location attempted to charge me for a more expensive oil change with was NOT agreed upon. Appointments are no better than walk in visits. Last visit mechanic misplaced the key for lug nuts and tire kingdom charged me to replace the nuts and for labor to do it. Finding out that several friends have also had extremely bad experiences with this company as well. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY - CORRUPT
The worst place ever. I purchased my tires from them and have had them rotated there quite a few times and was alway satisfied. The last 2 managers that I have dealt with were great -- sorry I do not remember their names. Now I will never go back there for anything. I went in on January 3, 2018 to have my tires rotated under a new manager.. On the work order they also had battery check. THIS IS IMPORTANT and it could save your life !!! I just found out that TWO FRONT Michelin tires I replaced on my RV were already 5 years old when I purchased them as NEW from Tire Kingdom. I PAID FOR BRAND NEW TIRES EXPECTING TO GET the full life expectancy of 5-6 years without having to worry about "dry rot". NEXT TIME I WILL MAKE SURE I CHECK THE DATE OF MANUFACTURE AND INSURE THE TIRE"S AGE IS CURRENT BEFORE ACCEPTING THEM. This was my first visit to Tire Kingdom. I was treated like a Queen, with so much care and respect. No doubt, I will return every time I need tires or service.
