Lynn Haven store is so hit and miss with customer service.. They are never on time and never really know if they are using Central or Eastern time..If behind it the time zone difference for an excuse..HAD 7 30 AM APPOINTMENT and was was help at 8 because of the time zone. Today appoint I showed up at 8 figure the time zone relationship and I was told my problem they where busy and should of been there at 7 30. Person at desk was not polite or helpful about situation. I drop a brake fill cap down in the engine compartment. This was a Saturday 3pm . The dealership was closed. I have used Tire Kingdom for my truck before. I pulled in and told the man what had happen. He came out and look under the van. He said I can see the cap but I can’t reach it. He said I’ll take care of it. Pull the van into a work bay. 5 minutes later he had the cap out and back were it belongs. I reached for my wallet and he said no charge. Merry Christmas to you.
