Lynn Haven store is so hit and miss with customer service.. They are never on time and never really know if they are using Central or Eastern time..If behind it the time zone difference for an excuse..HAD 7 30 AM APPOINTMENT and was was help at 8 because of the time zone. Today appoint I showed up at 8 figure the time zone relationship and I was told my problem they where busy and should of been there at 7 30. Person at desk was not polite or helpful about situation. I drop a brake fill cap down in the engine compartment. This was a Saturday 3pm . The dealership was closed. I have used Tire Kingdom for my truck before. I pulled in and told the man what had happen. He came out and look under the van. He said I can see the cap but I can’t reach it. He said I’ll take care of it. Pull the van into a work bay. 5 minutes later he had the cap out and back were it belongs. I reached for my wallet and he said no charge. Merry Christmas to you. Had an appointment scheduled for 7:00am this morning, called day before to set up appointment and asked about promotion they have going on and I was told yes I could use promotion and it would take about 20 mins for oil change and tire rotation. when arriving at 6:50am went inside to be told by RUDE employee and I quote "you are leaving your vehicle correct, because we are over booked and it would be and hour & a half" mind you there wasn't another sole in the place. that was after seeing I was using a promotion code. Charged my daughter for an air filter that was NOT installed and when they changed the oil they loosened the oil filter stem which loosened the oil filter cooler and she developed an oil leak from an o-ring. Absolutely no oil leaks of any kind before that. This is my daughter so I routinely check her vehicle myself.
RecommendedNeeded an oil change and my tires rotated. I received a coupon in the mail at the perfect time, so I dropped my car off. The manager was beyond professional and serviced my car very quickly, and I didn’t get a huge laundry list of things my car needs to have done. I’ll definitely be back!!
You guys tried to tell us our tire was not able to be plugged. Went to walmart and they said it could definitely be plugged, and the plug has held up nicely. This ruined it for me. No more tire kingdom for my house. my other car needs new tires soon, and I wont be taking it to this buisness anymore. I'll find an honest buiness to bring my money to.
Very knowledgeable,busy but handled customers very wellfriendly staff honest service ,was able to fix an alignment,that another shop couldn't correctly do ,and fair price on tires
