took 2 hrs to do an alinement after I got there and then after I was leaving another person just walk in and they jump on his car quickly like I paid for the year alinement why didn't I get the same treatment after my year expire i will go else where bad service in west plam bay smh😡
Bs! I come in for a patch on my tire. I pulled out I very identifiable screw and was told patch would be $32. Then a sales guy gave me this crap that there were 2 holes. The tire was not old and the location of screw was totally repairable. This was a sales pitch intended to “up sale” me to a new tire that was not needed. I will never come back to Tire Kingdom and I will make sure everyone I know does not come here.
Very good service. Waiting room and restroom could be cleaner.
Been here several times to get my car fixed. Last time they did not finish the job properly. Ended up being stranded in Boca and they did not stand behind their work. Be careful if something goes wrong they will not stand behind their work. You will end up get their work redone. I will never be back. Still waiting for a call back from the GM of this store.
With an appointment I was there more than double the time I was told when I asked. Tires were very expensive and the wheel alignment not included! I'll do that another time and certainly at another place.
A big thanks to Steve Hernandez and Thomas Martin for service with a smile on a busy day at Tire Kingdom! Highly recommend Tire Kingdom Service Center!!!!!
