I went on Saturday 4/11/20 at the Gunn Hwy location and went this morning (4/12/20) to go to the store and my change bowl has been STOLEN, a 300$+ lighter holder, and 2 gucci colognes, i will never return for any type of service ever again!

Victor was polite for sure. But I was there 2 hours (12-2 and there was 1 other customer) for one tire that was unable to be repaired so it was replaced. And when I got home the spare wasn't returned under the SUV, I would think that after 2 hours to mount one tire they'd also return the spare. I don't know how to mount it under the truck and I guess it seemed like the normal thing for a mechanic to do would be to put it back. Made an appointment for 10:00am this morning for a oil change and tire rotation. I got into the shop around 9:45 and they guy behind the counter told me “sorry we filled up quick this morning but since you have an appointment we can move you to the front of the line” so i asked when they could get me in and he told me it would be about 1 1/2 hours before they even got my truck into the shop... this will be the only time and the last time i will ever go to tire kingdom for anything.
Excellent service, great customer service. Gio was great, even hooked me up with some hot chocolate due to location being so cold inside. Making the experience great �
This morning started off with a flat tire... a new tire was definitely not in the budget. I prayed that God would get me to Tire Kingdom and He came through 1000x over. Not only did He get me there, but they provided service 100% free of charge. That was pure Grace. Thank you, Jesus 🙏
My daughter and I took our cars on Friday for oil change. The mgr. Victor very knowledgeable and through. We will be returning for any service we might need. Thank You Victor

Oil Change fast. They recommended air filter change but they didn't have one for my car. Manager very polite and friendly
