I dropped my car off on my lunch break at 12. I told them I would pick it up between 430 and 530. I get there at 515 and my car hadn’t been touched. I called corporate. Hopefully these employees get a lesson in time management.
Was very happy w the service of Anthony, Lewis, David and Darren. My mom in law has a neat and special "ragtop" CKL-350 Mercedes which I would not trust many places with. When Anthony first started w plastic seat covers and paper mats, before he moved it to put on new tires, I felt they were the ones to handle the job. Free WiFi and cokes for .75 cents made the two hours a breeze, that car drives and handles like the little darling it is. Very happy is an understatement.
I did get good deal on tires. We are very happy with the product. It did take 2+ hours and was not happy with that wait, and it did not seem busy at all. But overall, It was very good and they matched a price I wanted.
They had to order the tires I wanted, and got them there within 48 hours. Ordered on a Saturday and tires were on by Monday. Since, I hit a curb and damaged a tire, they went the extra mile to check my rim, and also filled my donuts tire with air, since lucky me it was flat when I put it on. So, happy with their service, my husband went ahead and got inexpensive tires for the 55 Chevy truck he is building.
