Scammers! Try to make you get stuff you don't need!!! Sat there for an hour and a half for an oil change and then was told they won't do it cause I have an oil leak and they need to fix the leak first before they can do the oil change! If I was a lesser person I would of bit on that hook. This is the second time they did this, last time they told me my battery was only 38percent yet when I got him and tested it it was 98 percent! Lying scam artist these people are! STAY AWAY!!! Guys name was ERIC!
It was a stressful day yesterday morning coming out to a flat because I had to make it to my sons Mother’s Day tea party at his school. When I explained this to Terrell he jumped into action and assured me I’d get there in time. Sure enough, in 45 minutes I had two new tires, an alignment, and new wiper blades that were desperately needed. God is good and put the kindest people in path to get me where I needed to be.
Most amazing experience ive had changing tires. From the price to Eric customer service and the speed if there was 10 stars they would get it.
I've been here a couple of times and was very pleased with the service. I got my tires rotated by Mario a couple of weeks ago and was in and out in 30 minutes without an appt. I watched the staff Work diligently and professionally thru the glass Mario didn't waste anytime in doing strictly was he was supposed to do and move on with the next customer.
