Brought my car to Tire Kingdom for a simple tire rotation. I was told I had one or two nails or maybe they were screws in a tire and that it was leaking. Very suspicious because all the tires were up to pressure before I left the car with them AND they were unable to show me the screws or nails. Then I noticed that two lug nuts were missing. Tire Kingdom saved the day. We hit a police tire spike that was left on the road on 275 South. We called AAA but Road Rangers from FHP, saw us at stopped. Got the spare on but the spare is not designed to travel more than 50 miles and we were 120 miles from home. Called over to tire kingdom and they got us in and fixed quickly. Their customer service rocks. I can't remember the managers name but she was great. I think the tech was Darrel. Thanks again for helping us.
The prices were better for my particular size tire than all the other tire stores I went to and the guys were pretty friendly. The wait time was waaay too long and that is my only complaint. Also maybe ESPN on the TV in the waiting room. Just a suggestion.
