I am currently still waiting in the tire shop for a tire change. For about the past hour my car has been suspended in the air untouched as everyone just walks around and continues to say it is getting done. They were very slow and this was very unprofessional since it was crucial that I take a legally blind passenger to a very important eye appointment. I came in at noon and it is now 2 o’clock. I bought tires here in February 2019. I had to replace a tire in April 2020. And had to replace the same tire in June 2020. The transaction in 2019 and April 2020, I was not offered road hazard coverage. When I came back in June 2020, the associate, I believe her name is Stephanie (not 100% sure) admitted that she did not previously offer me road hazard coverage, tho she couldn't remember why. 2 TIMES she admittedly didn't offer it to me, so both times I got stuck paying the full price for a new tire. 1 year ago I had a flat tire. At TK’s recommendation, I replaced all 4 tires on my car. Apparently they ripped me off and put 2 used tires on the back. Today I took my car to the dealership and they sent me the pictures of the bald tires and remarked at how dangerous this was. I’ll be paying you a visit with the pictures. I’ll be interested to see and post how you respond.
There are honest not like firestone and pep boys try to rip you off....
Took my vehicle in right away without an appointment and had it done when I got off work. It was just a minor problem so they didn’t even charge me! Definitely be back if I need anything else done.

I continue to be a loyal customer of Tire Kingdom, Alafaya Trial, Orlando, Fl because of the excellent, trustworthy, and reliable service I have consistently received. The management is outstanding and is very upfront with the condition of my vehicles. Time and time again I have left the dealership for Tire Kingdom to acquire a second opinion. More often than not, it usually saves me money and/or identifies the appropriate corrective action that should be taken.
