I am utterly appalled. Do NOT use their services. This was our first AND LAST TIME. My husband took my truck down to have tires rotated at a time I have previously scheduled. I was unable to go myself due to an emergency meeting for work. He arrived 10 minutes prior and they took my truck right in. Then pulled it out and the whole shop gawked at it for about 10 minutes before my husband came out and asked WHY ARE YOU UNDER THE HOOD??
