A little over a year ago had anew to us engine put in our car. not only did they mess up the electrical in our car, but now here we are stranded and our engine is once again blown. I hope they are happy with their crappy workmanship and shotty customer service skills. Never will we go to this place again. And NO ONE ELSE should either.
The guy didn't even acknowledge our presence in the store. When he did, he was walking away and rude. Told us it was a 2 hour wait for a tire patch. 2 guys in the shop were doing squat but playing with a phone and the other was wandering aimlessly. Customer service was straight garbage, we won't go back. The one star review is because zero stars wasn't an option.
It's bullshit when I make a 2:30pm appointment for a stupid oil change and tire rotation and not even done yet and it's a 10min til 4:30pm. It does not take two fucking hours for that shit.
