As I was driving today my tire pressure light came on (again). I was not close to home when I saw the Tire Kingdom store, so I puled into the service area. Ian came out of the service area to greet me. I explained about the tire pressure light coming on, so Ian checked my tires. I had put way too much air in the tires a couple of days ago. Ian fixed me up in no time flat (pun intended.) He was so pleasant and I was so grateful. Thank you again.
Sean and Matt were very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about tires for my Mazda 3. I got Michelin A/S tires and noticed a huge improvement in noise reduction, improved ride quality, and handling in my car. It was like getting a new car. This is the best Tire Kingdom I have ever patronized. Although the place was very busy, I was in and out in under 90 minutes. I will continue to patronize this Tire Kingdom even though there are others closer to my home.
Every time I’ve had an emergency, Tire Kingdom has come through. Whether it’s a tire issue or a dead battery, they are always ready and willing to help - for a great price! The guys working are always very friendly and knowledgeable. I’m so glad they are right around the corner.
I’ve been to multiple Tire Kingdoms in the Pinellas area and this is the one I always go back to . Other locations have been extremely rude to me and attempt to sell me every time I visit , especially when nothing is wrong with the vehicle . At this location , everyone I’ve encountered has been honest & always does their best to work on each car or truck on time . We've been taking our vehicles to Tire Kingdom on East Lake Rd. for years, and we've never been disappointed. Matt and his crew are knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly professionals. We do not trust anyone else with our safety!
I went in yesterday because a nail had flattened my tire. I pumped it up and drove to their shop. We wanted to pay in advance so we could drop it off and pick it up after 5:00, but the man at the counter said it was taken care of. Thank you all so much for such great service!
