Appointments mean nothing here. I had an 8am appointment and some dude with no appointment got serviced before me. my car didn't even get moved into the garage until 9:20am. I sat in the waiting room watching NOTHING happen and the manager ignored me the whole time. Never even checked to see what was taking so long. Never going back to this poorly run shop.

Received amazing service. Fellis Lopez patiently went over a few things with me and then helped me get the best price on a new tire. Everyone is friendly. Was greeted immediately.
Just got my car serviced and the manager was fine earlier but mike drew was closing when I picked up my car and tried to short me on my change, even refused to tell me the amount due to me and made me figure it out and then refused to give me corporates number! I’m extremely upset as I spent shy of $500 for horrible customer service!
Came in to get my tire patched, left with just a little more faith in humanity. Fellis is a one of the most genuine people I've met in a long time. Keep up the good work!
Had a great experience the people are always friendly and polite always willing to help I had a nail in my tire it was fixed with no other issues no charge because I have the warranty from the tires that I purchased from tire Kingdom I love these guys they’re the best
Avoid Tire Kingdom in Seffner. They seriously overcharge customers. 2 rear brakes including rotors, pads, calipers, and fluid flush (required?) for a 2011 Honda Civic - $800. Started at 1k. Corporate says they can’t control the price of parts. I had to endure a lecture about Mitchell labor pricing. Fellis is rude. Consumers beware!
