I had an excellent experience at Tires Kingdom today! Carlos was incredibly professional, helpful, and knowledgeable, his guidance made the entire process smooth and reassuring. I had all my tires replaced and my brake fluid changed, and the service was truly amazing. Everything was done efficiently and with great attention to detail.
Everyone was professional and personable.
I had 2 lag bolts in my 2 front tires and the guy made me but 2 new tires instead of fixing the tires. The tires were not that old or worn but he had me there knowing I couldn't go anywhere else. I was stuck. I will not go back ever again
I took my GMC Savana 2500 van to Tire Kingdom for an alignment and balancing service. They charged me $270, but the service was clearly not performed. The van continued to have the exact same issues, as if nothing had been done. I went back to the store to explain the situation. They refused to fix the vehicle, said there was no warranty, claimed the service had been completed, and blamed the issue on my van or my tires.
