came in for a wheel alignment. I was later told I needed to change ball joints before they could do the alignment. car has 35k on it 2016. 520+$....went to Firestone down the street....did the alignment for 195$...what a scam

I keep coming back to Tire Kingdom in Lake Worth, even though I live in Boynton Beach, because of the excellent service and attention to detail from the manager, Al Exclusa. He is a keeper. You are lucky to have him.
Al took great care of me and my car. Oil change, filter and headlight replacement. Al showed me my rear tires were almost slick and i didn't even see that. Getting new shoes for the rear....
Al Exclusa and his team are excellent. I have been coming here for years and do not see why anyone would go to the dealer when his staff is so excellent. Thank you very much for taking such good care of our cars.
We only come to this store because we've know Al Exclusa the store manager for 15 years of serving our company's and personal vehicles. He is always straight forward bout the work that needs to be done and has awesome customer service skills. If you're looking for a great place to have your car serviced this is the place .
Came in to this location at around 5:30 pm last night with a ginormous screw in my tire. Even though it was just over an hour until they closed, Rey welcomed me and assured me I would be taken care of. Left the car and went to Sonny's for dinner. When I returned, the car was just being pulled out of the bay. A big thanks to Chris, the technician who worked on my car. He was so concerned that the TPM light wouldn't go back off (which it did a mile down the road) that he kept trying to find a way to reset it. Great people who ... read more
