Terrible experience. I always had great service and pricing in Fort Myers. I made an appointment for a tune up and oil change, a week before. I waited three hours, while they tried to obtain sparkplugs. Nobody was prepared for my appointment, nobody seemed to know what was going on. I'm not at all confident that the work was even done properly. It's disappointing because for years I trusted Tire Kingdom for maintenance and for new tires. I will not come here again.
Went to Tire Kingdom this morning to get a new tire had nails in it. Joe and his team got my new tire on and also replaced my windshield wipers. The guys were polite and worked quickly so I could get on with my day Thanks guys
