I had a concern with my tire. Without even looking at the vehicle at all, the front desk person says, “It’s the rim”. I guess this business didn’t want to make any money from me. I’ll take it somewhere where they’ll at least look at it.
Horrible customer service
They went out of there way to help. Was in FLA for my mother's funeral service from To and lost a wheel bearing and they took care of us.
Get paid every 2 weeks and still don't have two nickels to rub together. This place pays poverty wages.
Word of advice: Don't take your vehicle here for any mechanical repairs. We did that in August, there were multiple issues with that repair, we tried to bring it vehicle back in, kept getting put off and now have actual damage to our car as a direct result of the work that was done here.
Great Service! Needed service 3 times in the last month and they have not let me down. They are very friendly, helpful, and FAST! Not to mention reasonable prices! I never felt like I was pressured to buy on a service. Frank has always assisted me and is very helpful! I live in southwest Tampa and work in WC and have been to a lot of shops but there is no comparison. Definitely recommend them!
