I took my wife’s car there back in March for over 2k worth of repairs. These issues actually started when I received the vehicle back from the last time it was in their shop. During the March repair work they lifted the vehicle up by the body, not the frame. This caused significant damage to the underside of the body. Prior to my visit to this location I had my car inspected by Firestone Complete Auto Care. I went to NTB located on Albemarle Rd in Charlotte, NC for a second opinion and because it was closer to where I live. Immediately when I walked in I was greeted by David who told me I would have to come back Monday because they were booked. (Didn’t even ask me what was wrong with my car.) With an appointment for tire rotation and brake check took 1 1/2 hours. No excuse. I still go there but sometimes it takes them 30 minutes to take my car to the bay WITH an appointment.

They tore the weather stripping while opening and closing the door to the car while window was open(well, let's just say, it was not like that when the car went there) cause they will not own their mistake. They Left the inside of car and outside of car full of grease. as you can see their finger prints were left all over the ledge of where window is from opening and closing the door and breaking the weather stripping...yet still did not own it.
