Was greeted with eye rolls and attitude from girl at the counter instead of any form of hello. Git new front tires and received my car with my center caps missing, won’t be going back to fordham blvd location.

One of the worst experiences with a mechanic ever. Ripped me off, didn’t fill up with enough oil, forgot to reconnect an air hose. And then refused a refund and were extremely rude and unprofessional. Never going here again!
I've used Mr Tire in Chapel Hill many times for tires and other car related maintenance. They have always been excellent. This week they took me in the middle of the afternoon and installed four new tires while I waited. I was in and out in half an afternoon. They advised me to get the least expensive of four options which turned out to have the highest mileage rating anyway. I go to Mr Tire whenever I have a choice about my car care.
