Went to Mr Tire to get a wheel alignment and my tires balanced with a Groupon deal I had. Made an appointment for 4 pm online and then was told their “guy” had a few cars to work on so it might be a bit. I told them that’s fine and I could just come back tomorrow. They still ended up taking my car that day and the man at the desk told me he would “teach the other guy how to do the alignment.” I immediately was off put by this, but still let them do it. We are from Pennsylvania and traveling in the Chapel Hill North Carolina area. We had a tire fail and made it to Mr. Tire at 1728 Fordham Blvd. Chapel Hill, NC. On a temporary spare. It was a Friday at 4:30 pm. We talked to George Mcghee . He was there alone after 5 and still managed to install a new tire on our vehicle and had us back on the road by 6:30 pm.
