Fantastic experience. Highly recommend this shop! I had a punctured tire that another tire center told me could not be repaired. These guys actually took the time to inspect it carefully, found a way to repair it, and didn’t even charge me. They were friendly, honest, and clearly more interested in helping me than selling me something I didn’t need. I really appreciate their service and will definitely come back in the future.
My experience with this place was actually insane…please do not go here for any reason!! The first guy and Sean I dealt with when I initially came in was very helpful and kind. Then, it turned into a nightmare. I was told I’d receive a call when the tire came in so I can come in the morning after work to get it put on. I never received a call, so when I called and asked if the tire came in, they did have it and said it just came in. I asked if I could come at 5:30 to get it put on before work as they close at 7. They could not get their booking straight. 10:30 got moved to 3:00
I went in for brake service on a Saturday morningm. They were able to accommodate my needs and finish the job before the promised time. They were upfront about the charges and they were professional and efficient. My son went there a few months back and also had excellent service. N.B. The price per axle seemed to be the going rate at other service centers.
