On line booking is worthless. Totally uncoupled from actual shop availability. Store employees just say that’s the way it is. During my time at the shop, one other customer had the same thing happen. Made an appointment only to find that there was no availability at the shop.
Helpful, hardworrking guys at this shop. They always work with you to get a decent deal and out the door.

Mr. Tire was referred to me as a good and inexpensive service center to get an oil change and while giving NEGATIVE feedback is not something I normally do, I was a little taken aback when I called to CANCEL an appointment and was asked "what the nature for the cancelation was". As I don't feel this should of been asked of me, this wasn't a good first impression to make for someone as it would have been my first time to visit this service center.
Great place to get car serviced. Been going there with three cars for 10 years. No problems!
