I had these guys put some new rims on my truck and the guy that put them on scuffed up one of the edges of my brand new rim pretty badly. When i went back to ask them if they would replace the rim, the owner flat out said "no, we didn't do this" . I am 100% sure without a doubt that they were responsible and just didn't have the decency to fess up and fix it. They lost my families business for sure.
I recently had my exhaust installed at Precision in Oak Harbor. They are AMAZING! Very friendly staff and their work is top notch. Completely satisfied with my choice to do business with Precision and I will definitely do business with them in the future!
so I went to a corporate brand store when I thought that I might need new tires because I am moving cross country the people at the big store told me that I needed all new for tires urgently. I came here to get the tires and get a second opinion they were honest with me about the fact that my back to tires were fine but they would sell me off for but that the front two are the only ones that needed replacing I appreciated the honesty and super friendly service. New to town, friend recommended Tire Factory. I was held hostage for 1.5 hours for a simple tire swap. No work order was made up so they forgot about me. I finally sat at the counter where 2 employees were talking and they ignored me for 10 minutes while they talked about their medical conditions. Another employee walked in and manned the counter, but he didn't know what work was done or how to bill me because no paperwork. Disappointed.
Super good and honest. I got a second opinion from them (unplanned by the way) and out another place was setting me up to pay a $1000 for something that wasn't needed. They are the only ones I go to now
Great Service and reasonable rates. Best repair shop in Moab - by far.
Excellent service / professional staff
Don't call these guys for after hours service !! We had a flat tire on the road to Sand Wash, and went to Dans for a flat repair, arriving around 10 pm. We were charged $150 for an after hours service call in addition to the cost of the flat repair - over $175 to repair a flat tire! I don't know about you but $150 for an after hours service call seems way excessive to me. If you need help after hours, don't use Dans!
I came in to get my Tires switched over, and the employees there got it done fast and did it right the first time. :D
