Have never been to mavis before, Went for a tire rotation because they weren’t busy. When they were finished I waited for him to tell me how much I owed while he was typing in my info, I told him I didn’t want them to email me coupons, his reply was “so you’re one of those who only come in for the free rotation”, my respond was “free”? He told me they don’t charge for rotations. Free or not I won’t be going back because of his smart a$$ comment
