Excellent service
Kodi, at the Monroe Street/Pkwy location, has given excellent service as I've put new tires on 2 vehicles this week. She is knowledgeable and able to address any discrepancies caused by the "call center". The call center needs to streamline communications with the shop...both times I've visited and had quotes and tickets made through the call center, their errors made the visit run less smoothly upon arrival. Again, Kodi knows her stuff and has always been able to set things back on a smooth path. Thanks, Kodi!!
The team was attentive and quick. My vehicle was treated well and I love being able to see the work since the shop is mostly outside. My only complaint is the lobby/waiting area was quite dirty (crumbs and debris). Easy fix! Just could go with 5 stars because of it.
This location for Mavis IS a good spot for price and quality if their professionalism. Along with speed they got me out fully ready for safe traveling on the road
