The lady at the front desk is one of the rudest individuals I have ever met. The guy who replaced my tire was nice, but she was so incredibly rude, that I'll never use this place again. She rolled her eyes multiple times while I was getting checked in, she got mad when I had to unlock my car to get the mileage(seriously), and she was rude to other people who were in the lobby as well. I only leave two stars because they were able to replace my tire as requested.
Wendy took care of me so well. When I tell you she made me feel so welcomed, she made sure my car got what it needed and gave it to me real. She actually wants to fix the issue with your car and doesn’t just want the money. She is a good hearted person for sure !
Fast reliable and friendly are some of the words that come to mind when visiting the Mavis location at 2121 Memorial Parkway Southwest. Thanks for the excellent customer service, Wendy.
Got turned around by Firestone because they were behind on schedule and acted like they didn’t want to give me an alignment. Called Mavis ahead to make sure they could work on a lowered manual vehicle. I got there within 15 mins and was greeted outside. Got the alignment and was shown the alignment sheet. Would recommend Mavis over Firestone.
The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. The store manager Wendy and the receptionist Ky are lovely and kept me company while I waited on my vehicle service. It was very quick to get my oil changed.
