I initially called and made arrangements with a call center. Usually, that would be bad thing, but in this case it was the opposite. I wish I could remember his name (it might have been Jeremy) he was very friendly and extremely relatable. He made everything as easy as 1-2-3 anticipating my arrival at the dealership. Sharri at Mavis did an amazing job, she was kind and funny while also understanding our situation and being easy to talk too. went in needing an alignment after coming out of a bad deal buying a car and they made sure I left knowing what all was wrong with it, not to mention the deal they had was infinity better than any place I visited previously. They don't overcharge they do honest work. Mavis tries to work with your budget as much as you could ask for

Sherri was an absolute dream. When I called to schedule my tires . She was so nice and pleasant. It takes a great phone edict to bring folks in. Thats and she is who brought me in. They treated me wonderful. But Sharri is top notch
