I was from out of town and caught a flat and the gentleman at Mavis tire Jacob and Joseph were great very efficient fast. I really appreciate them!!
Went down sunday and josh helped me out a ton. Was very knowledgeable and friendly and I came in with a weird question about a custom build and he was able to give me some good ideas on how.to move forward on my build.
Best customer service ever! Ms. Wendy was the best, she got was able to get me everything I needed… all 4 of tire threads were low (5,3,3,2) and my brakes needed changing she was able to assist me with everything along with the maintenance team. she has the sweetest personality and she will try her best to make sure you have everything you need in a timely manner! I will definitely be a long term customer!
I was a rough day trying to get an oil change last minute for a trip to Houston coming from Huntsville. Wendy was very nice and helpful and even helped calm my nerves about my situation and got my oil changed. I'm definitely coming to this location
