It's unfortunate that I have to write this review. It's a bit long but worth the read if you're considering using Mavis tire. I never write reviews. Something has to be either REALLY good or REALLY bad for me to bother to write a review. My wife THOUGHT she had found a very good tire shop. Jerome has been so friendly and helpful and their prices were reasonable. But something happened today that will make us never use Mavis again, and we will warn everyone we know against using Mavis.
