Extremely trust worthy and professional. We have had several vehicles worked on and prices have been fair and everything was done in a timely manner. When they say they will do something, they do it and they always call with the estimate before they do anything, and they have never waivered. All the employees are very friendly and know their stuff. Thank you Tire Doc for all you do!
Very unprofessional. Gives a price and tells you the vehicle will be ready on a specific day, then 4 days later the price changes and truck hasn’t been touched. Unreliable. Several thousands of dollars later the truck still has multiple problems that should have been addressed the first time. Very disappointed and regretting my decision to use this mechanic.
