Had a flat tire on Friday and was told they couldn't get to it until Wednesday! I bought a new Michelin at a competitor who has much better service and was able to squeeze me in right away for an emergency appointment. I won't ever patronize GCR again.

RecommendedThank you guys for your excellent service!! Took my brand new tires to two different shops in town because one of them kept going flat. Apparently the other shops failed to mount them correctly and you guys showed me what they were doing wrong and fixed it! Haven’t had a flat since. Thank you guys for giving me quick service and making my ride dependable. Super friendly!

WORST service department EVER .. was told the last three days that “ Jesus “ was doing a service call for our RV .. we were purchasing 6 BRAND NEW FIRESTONE RV TIRES for them .. says he was coming 1st thing this morning 12/26 .. never showed up , husband calls several time , Jesus NEVER answers or returns any calls , WE FINALLY call Jesus & 4:30 & he says “ Sorry we can’t make it “ .. REALLY?? We were spending almost $3000.00 on tires & you BLOW US OFF LEAVING US STRANDED IN AN RV PARK !!! We called a different place , order... read more
