I purchased a tire rotation and alignment package for my Ram 2500 and ended up visiting this shop three times in two days, waiting more than six hours total. On the first visit, I did not even make it out of the parking lot because my steering wheel was more crooked than when I arrived, and they had not rotated my tires as promised. Solid place to go for basic maintenance. Got an oil change for significantly cheaper than all the express places. I also got a tire rotation that I was not expecting to be complimentary. Didn’t try to sell me on a bunch of unnecessary stuff either.
0 Stars Third Update I brought my 2022 Ram 3500 in to have all 6 tires replaced. The valve stem replacements, balance, rotation, and alignment were all included as part of that service. I also had an oil change and a water separation filter replacement done at the same visit. What followed has been one of the worst service experiences of my life.
