My tire was leaking after running over a nail, and they filled it up and patched it no charge! Very helpful and kind staff!
I was on the interstate when I heard a LOUD pop. Within seconds, my tire was going flat quickly. Coasted into TireDiscounter, but they were closed. However, Tanner, the general manager and staff were still there and happily stayed to replace my tire. He was so nice and turned a stressful situation into a a great customer experience. Highly recommend this location!
The job was great and the staff were very polite, but the pricing was tricky. I clearly said I didn’t want the road hazard warranty, yet I was still charged $100 for it. They claimed they gave me a $100 discount, but also said that amount was for a free alignment and oil change — so even they seemed confused.
