The worse experience I ever had. I am still shocked and disappointed. I had an appointment, they took my car in one hour later. They needed to drive it to see exactly what was going on. Another hour later they still hadn’t drove it. I have been taking my cars to this exact Tire Discounter since it opened and never felt so disappointed and unseen. I could see mechanics just walking around.
Had an appointment for 0900 my car wasn't close to being finished TWO hours later. Then came the upsell, it was all I could do to not curse the man out. Didn't even get a, "sorry for the wait" on the way out.
Quick, reliable, friendly. Prices are mid range, no complaints. I've used the services and bought several tires over the years.
Simple. If you have a fleet vehicle, and this location is listed as an approved vendor, they do not want your business. Front desk guy was utterly and totally incompetent to the process. Had to walk out.
