Chip Wood started Tire Discounters over 40 years ago. He revolutionized the industry at that time, including mounting and balancing at no additional charge. I have been to this location multiple times and they never disappoint. My last visit was an emergency visit, had two flat tires due to hitting a massive pothole in Huntsville. Jacob ordered the tires for me and set me up with an appointment the next day. Shout out to this location, always great customer service! Will be coming to this location for all my tire needs.
This was my first visit to Tire Discounters, and I brought in my 2019 Tesla Model 3 RWD for a scheduled tire rotation and alignment on August 9, 2025. I had called approximately a week in advance to book the appointment, and the representative I spoke with assured me that the services could be performed without issue. I called out of the blue and asked if they could swap out a set of tires. They were balanced and ready to install. The manager was more than happy to oblige. So I went there and in no time I had new tires. I know I was lucky that they weren't super busy, but they were very accommodating. Great business to have close to home!
Very disappointed with the company. Moved into the area and was looking for a local tire shop for my cars. I don't have brand new cars but good old ones. I just want them to adjust the alinement after I purchase 4 tires on me 2 cars, which was they advertised with a purchase of a set of tires. They did not want to help me with it, it seems that if they are not brand new, they make it difficult to fix anything. Quick and easy is the game they play.
