Great service! They met me in the parking lot to immediately start taking my car information to get me checked in and were friendly through the entire process. I highly recommend this location of Tire Discounters!
Went here for tire rotation and balance... told needed rear breaks... noticed a squeal upon reverse... went to dealer... dealer noted that the rear brake squealer was bent... said new rear brakes weren't needed... recommend 2nd opinions from these folks...
Let's just say this... been taking my car to this location of Tire Discounters since they opened, so they are the only ones to take the tires off and put them on... so now they are saying the studs are stuck and will break... they are saying this is a failure of my car and to check the forums on how this is a common problem... my checking shows that this is due to over tightening and mishandling of installation... they are adamant his is failure of my car... never had this happen and own three other cars... so... be careful ... read more
