UPDATE: Upper management contacted me and said that they would be in touch to discuss things further and NEVER called back. I did send one text and asked for a follow-up. So, please do not expect good service from the manager of the store and don't expect any complaints to go anywhere. Disappointing customer service. Everything was handled efficiently. They even explained to me why checking my spark plugs would be a waste of money.
I went in for a tire repair on a company vehicle and it’s under a national account! This system/app isn’t always easy to navigate. They took my vehicle in right away without delay while they addressed the account issues and had out in a jiffy! Everyone was super nice and anyone that came by asked if I was comfortable and if I needed anything! This will be my new go to location for tire and maintenance/service issues!
Best customer service ever if you need any work done this is most definitely the place to be would give them 10 stars if it let me
I showed up yesterday at 2pm to air up my tires at the pump they have on the side of the building. Been using this spot for feels like 10 years. Definitely from the day it was open. Free air. Nope. Yesterday, first time ever, they shut it down. Ill check again today, but man, was closest spot to me with free air.
