Chip Wood started Tire Discounters over 40 years ago. He revolutionized the industry at that time, including mounting and balancing at no additional charge. Many imitators (thank goodness!) do that these days, but Tire Discounters was the first. Then, in 1996, Chip started including a free alignment with standard installation on any 4-tire purchase. Super friendly staff and very clean facilities. They repaired a tire for me when the first place I visited said it can't be repaired. When I need tires I know where to go in Huntsville
Jaden and Chadd absolutely amazing service and very quick! Highly recommend
I had a 2 pm appointment today to get my tires rotated and balanced. Chadd (Sales Manager) realized that his guys working needed help , he went into the bays and helped them as well as running back to office to answer phone calls and check customers in and out. What an amazing job he did and his workers did. I will definitely go back just because of the customer service.
