Chip Wood started Tire Discounters over 40 years ago. He revolutionized the industry at that time, including mounting and balancing at no additional charge. Many imitators (thank goodness!) do that these days, but Tire Discounters was the first. Then, in 1996, Chip started including a free alignment with standard installation on any 4-tire purchase. We've used Tire Discounters for a couple of years now. The employees are always super friendly and helpful. We have specialty wheels on three of our vehicles and have to be extra careful who we allow to repair or replace our tires to prevent scratching/damage to the wheels. We are very happy with the qualify of their work.
First and foremost, I want to thank the Sales Manager, Jon Moore and the Technician, Eli who helped me with a punctured tire on the way home from work. When I arrived, I was hesitant to ask for assistance because of their closing time, but they insisted on helping. With a projection of an hour and a half before my car could be tended to, I patiently waited. these folks were great. they helped my get my stripped lug nuts off and put new ones on. if it wasn’t for them idk what i would’ve done. so thanks ! wonderful customer service
