Chip Wood started Tire Discounters over 40 years ago. He revolutionized the industry at that time, including mounting and balancing at no additional charge. Many imitators (thank goodness!) do that these days, but Tire Discounters was the first. Then, in 1996, Chip started including a free alignment with standard installation on any 4-tire purchase. I recently visited the facility in Huntsville on South Memorial Parkway to have a tire leak plugged. The staff at all levels was professional, efficient and extremely pleasant to work with, job well done THANK YOU!
Eric and his guys did a great job. They plugged my new tire from a screw.
Brought my Tesla in and tire work was done while I waited. Chad Lane is a wonderful manager. Very personable, efficient and trustworthy. Would definitely go back.
