I made an appointment for Monday, August 25 online, and took time off work, and when I got there, I was told that I did not have an appointment, even though I clearly had the confirmation via text. They told me there was nothing they could do for me that day and basically said, sorry, bye. I asked them what they could do for me for my time and money lost, and they said make another appointment at a later date. The whole situation was very disappointing and unprofessional on their end.
I would never recommend with the current manager, he has no clue how to treat customers, my tires never hold air and the warranty alignment I drove all the way back for is terrible I’ve never had my car pull me into the curb so bad it’s embarrassing I regret not going somewhere else.
Chris was awesome and a huge help. Every time I’ve come in, it’s been a great experience with him and the whole team. They’re always fair, honest, and actually go above and beyond what they quote. That’s something that’s getting harder and harder to find these days. It’s refreshing to see a business that still values doing things the right way. Highly recommend Tire Discounters in Greenwood.
Went today fully expecting a bill, I had a horrible vibration on the passenger side and my husband was worried the tires had dry rot (it's a used car I just bought). The techs listened and said they would check everything out. Turns out the passenger side tire had way too much weight on it, so it just needed a tire rotation and rebalance. They didn't even charge me for that, so we'll definitely be back. I have a jeep that needs new tires and they have earned my business!
