We took our car in with zero service lights on and came out with 3 service lights. The “manager” refused to admit the error on their end. They broke off a sensor and couldn’t figure out how that could have happened.....

Took 7 hours to change 2 sets of brakes, 1 rotor and 1 caliper. Dropped truck off at 9am, they started it at 10am. They closed at 4 and truck got done at 5:15. In the mean time, there were 3 other customers waiting. So, they were pretty busy, Then The manager decided to leave with his daughter to go buy her some cigarettes... I wouldn't recommend going here!
You buy tire with the guarantee they will be rotated for free but then "there policy changes" and now there is a 55$ charge. No thanks we will take our business elsewhere.
If you go for an alignment this is the location, do not go to Chillicothe location!!
