Came in to get air in my tire and a new valve core, told me I need a whole new tire.. tried to get me quotes on a tire, they put air in my tire and I left. Took it to Chuck waits and all it was, was my tire just needed re-beaded back on the rim. Every guy in Tire Discounters was rude to me. They didn’t take the time to even move my car from the parking spot where I parked it and take my tire off too see what the problem was. Just AUTOMATICALLY assumed I needed a new tire because it was going flat.... never again.
RecommendedI just went to Tire Discounters when my low air light came on . The young man checked my tires put air in them at no cost . Very good customer service .

I am here at Tire Discounters getting the Beetle worked on. Eric, Tasha and the gang are just great. Always enjoy coming here. They treat me like I am important and they are truly happy to see me. I know that I am getting quality work done to my car. Love you guys. oh by the way, Eric looks sexy with his beard. Just saying.
Had these guys but tire on $300 rim for me when I got it back back it was scratched up. They wouldn’t to any thing to make it right. So now $300 anchor. The manger was rude to to me when I ask what they would do about it. People don’t waste our money go somewhere that take care of there customers.
