this place does not know what they are doing. Just went into this afternoon to get a headlight bulb replaced. They informed me it would take an hour and a half to change a lightbulb because they had to take the whole bumper off and it would cost about $150 for a $20 light bulb to be changed. Long story short there's an access panel behind the front tire it takes 5 minutes to change the light bulb. RecommendedFirst of all, the staff is just the most friendly and knowledgeable people you will meet in this industry! I have never had a better experience dealing with my car. I needed two new tires, for a car that is apparently notorious for having difficult to find tires. Needed an alignment for my SS Trailblazer. I've used Firestone quite a bit in the past; however, TireDiscounters is new to our area and very convenient to my house. I went in for a Quote on two tires. My back brakes were bad. I had no idea HOW bad. They did my brake check for free, matched a $60 Firestone coupon, did a full synthetic oil change for only $40 and offered other little discounts here and there. Jennifer bent over backwards to work within my SUPER tight budget as best she could. Both her and service manager Cody were amazing!! Super friendly and service oriented staff. This place has my business for life.
Mike and crew go above and beyond for their customers, they are simply the best option for when my vehicles need any servicing. Fair prices, exemplary customer service and don’t try to fleece the customer like so many shops do nowadays. Mike has earned a customer for life!

The staff are very courteous and friendly. Had an oil change done and needed new wiper blades which they didn't have in stock because of special hookups. The vehicle was going out of state so Mike took it upon himself to check other distributors and was able to locate a set, he even gave me a discount.
