Stop the B.S. up-selling crap. I went in to get a simple plug, they tell me I've got to have a new tire (it could have been patched). Then they tell me I need a new TPMS valve ($75). Then they start making up some crap about brakes. While I was there, I heard them giving the same up-sell garbage about brakes to another guy. It's garbage to work your customers over like that. I won't be back, ever.
