My spouse noted I had a headlight out and said I should be careful where I have it fixed since places can gouge you for a small item. I said it would not be a problem since I have ALL my car work done at Tire Discounters. Sure enough, dropped it off and came back 45 minutes later - all done, ready to go, less than $18.
I thought I had purchased my set of tires there but had confused their name with a business with a similar name. No worries-they fixed my flat (nail in tire) whit no charge, done quickly and everyone was very nice. I don't find businesses that are so pleasant to deal with very often.. They will have all of my business in the future.
The worst customer service in town. Had a mower I needed to have small air leak fixed, they just said we can't do mower tires there too small, Without even knowing the size of the tire they refused to look at it or anything. Said there machine can't handle them when the Co-op and Discount Tire have the same machines as them and they fix it with not problem for FREE. The location in Brentwood, TN is great. It has been a long time since I felt comfortable taking my car for service but they make it easy. Great service, great attitude and great quality work.
I was one of the first persons to walk in the door when they opened and within 2 hours, I was headed home. I requested multiple services and, fortunately, at my location there's a coffee shop within walking distance. Win - Win as far as I'm concerned. The counter staff were very polite and the price was reasonable.
Got an appointment for 2pm . Got there a little early and was gone at 2:30. Great service.
