they replaced my front left tire and did not put a new tire valve on it. What in the world? I took it to my mechanic because the alignment was off when the tire was replaced and they told me there's no tire valve there. It's cost less than 2 dollars. I'm livid. oh I forgot my mechanic had to do an alignment since tIre discounters did not
RecommendedSo I bring the 08 Honda due to some loud noises from the engine. Initially the call is to replace the Timing Chain. I get a call from Brandon this morning and they went they extra mile to call Honda and check on the situation. Ultimately the call is for me to stay on top of the oil with nothing else needed at this time. Wow! Nice to know you can trust the people working on your cars.

I just went to this location for an oil change. The person at the front desk had his mask pulled down and scoffed when I asked about their cleanliness protocols. I walked out. The lack of basic respect for your customer and employee safety is horrifying.

I find it disgusting that you all try to take advantage of women and will even lie to them to try to make a sale. My wife came in there today needing 2 tires. We were quoted over $400. I told the guy via telephone I was going to call around and once I got off the phone with him, he tells my wife that Walmart wasn’t installing tires at this time due to COVID, which was a flat out lie. So, for $172 at Walmart we now have 2 tires.

this place does not know what they are doing. Just went into this afternoon to get a headlight bulb replaced. They informed me it would take an hour and a half to change a lightbulb because they had to take the whole bumper off and it would cost about $150 for a $20 light bulb to be changed. Long story short there's an access panel behind the front tire it takes 5 minutes to change the light bulb. The people working do not know what they are doing here they have no mechanical knowledge people at AutoZone no more then they do... read more

****update, they have made it right and my car has the tires. Thank you for your prompt and professional service. I truly appreciate you taking care of this. I drive a 2009 BMW and I mistakenly came to Tire discounters to get new tires. I advised TWICE because the man helping wasn't even listening to me, to put the tires in the front on the back and take the old tires off the back and chunk them. We just needed one tire patched, and they refused to do so. They said we need four new tires( yes we understand we need new tires but we were not expecting to buy them today.) They basically took our $30 repair and tried to turn it into $600. They were really aggressive about it too. So we went to another tire place and they said they can definitely patch the tire. We obviously need new tires but it is not urgent. I never write reviews but I felt like you need to know not to go here, unless you like being treated rudely.

RecommendedThis has become a "go to" place for my husband. They fixed a flat immediately. When the wheel was off, he asked if he needed brakes like the dealer said he did. They told him no! So now that he does need brakes and tires, this is the place he is going.
