I had a appointment scheduled for 10:am and when I got there at 9:30 to my surprise they moved it back an hour without calling me first. The lady told me I’d be at least two hours or I could make another appointment. The counter is a joke and there customer service skills are very lacking.
I had been using them mostly to put air in my tires and check for leaks in my tires, which they do for free. This week I ran over some kind of road debris at night and blew out my tire. They sold me two new tires and did an alignment. They are very helpful and friendly and keep you informed about the progress of their work the whole time you are there. I would definitely recommend this business!
Nailed a pothole and destroyed one rim. Took my car in and was told what I already knew that I needed a new rim. Instead of selling me the marked up rim themselves they had me order a new one on my own for half the price and then put it on my car for free.
The folks at Tire Discounters have always been helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable when it comes to taking care of my tires and oil changes.
Every time I call Tire Discounters, they have the solution. Great customer service from Mary and the work is always done ahead of estimated time. Prices are always competitive so I will always use them.
Got a great deal on 4 tires for my sons Toyota 4 runner. But this is the second time I needed to go to a Toyota dealer to have the tire pressure light reset. It costs me 2 hours and $142. Corporate get your stores the right equipment.
Had tires installed on my car. Made 8:30 appointment, didn't get to my car til 9:30. Then once they pulled the car out to move to the alignment rack, the kid spun the rear tires. I don't think it was on purpose, but I was NOT happy about it. Then when it came time to pull on the alignment rack, the guy in the car was told by another who was spotting that the car was too low to go up the ramps.
