Called to have two new tires put on my 2019 Nissan Versa, because my tire had a nail in it and I decided I might as well just get a whole new tire. Better deal to just get two... also needed an oil change so I thought I’d just have them do the job. Had my car valeted bc I have a newborn baby at home and COVID concerns. Steve the mgr is a joke! Dodge/Chrysler has a special tool to unlock tires lug nuts. He personally shredded 1 yesterday. Claimed it was already that way. We paid to overnight ship a new part and he shredded it again today. Claims all kinds of reasons. Taking my business elsewhere for now on after years and years of going there. Especially after he claimed my 2012 van last got tires in 2013..... meaning the manufacturer tires lasted less than 3 months and the ones they put in would have 169k miles on them. Avoid. Avoid. Came up for a flat repair and rotate and balance and flat repair they mounted my tire backwards then acted like it was no big deal and wanted my to wait for another half hr so they can do another car when they made the mistake after I just spent $75 I’ll never come back to tire discounters

Two day job turned in to a four day job. I have more issues now than when I brought my car in to begin with. Was initially asked to pay for something that was damaged by the technician during the repair. Service manager did later agree to fix that part without charging me, but I now magically have a new issue with a wheel speed sensor that has worked fine up until I brought my car in. I will use the Harrison Ave location from now on... Very disappointed with my experience at this location.
They worked with me as I was very last minute and.was able to get me in and out.
