I arrived without an appointment with my car + flat tire on a tow truck. Chris sized up the situation, gave me a two option estimate, changed out the tire with the one I chose, gave me a good price, and I was out the door and back on the road in under an hour! I was amazed and very pleased. We use the Beechmont Tire Discounters regularly for our car maintenance - they give excellent service! Thank you!
This is the absolute best place to take your car for just about any service. They will patch your tire for free. They do great work for a very fair price. I can't recommend this shop enough and fully trust these guys. Maybe the best location in the Cincinnati area.
Not sure where my review went, but they lie over the phone about the cost of service. We were told an oil change would be $65, the total came out to over $90. This makes absolutely no sense.
I've had my vehicle in the shop several times with dealers and an independent mechanic all to say nothing was wrong with my vehicle. I brought it here and Chris and the guys had the problem figured out in less than an hour. They were able to diagnose, fix and return my vehicle in less than 24 hours of me stopping in with no appointment.
