I came in asking them to help rest my gps tracker in my fleet vehicle. I know it’s an unusual request. The guy at the counter was good and said he could do it. The tech thought he knew better and told me I did not need what I requested. He told me nothing was wrong. He assumed I was talking about my GPS navigation. I ask if he could just do what I requested and basically he refused and then said he was too busy. I went to Midas and got it taken care of.
Maybe it was my fault coming in right before close, but my company has an account there and we would rather give Tire Discounter our business, but I had the same tire with same service priced from Discount tire for around $1420. I asked them if they could match it and there was no pause or anything. He said best he could do was around $1650. Thank you. In town for a little road trip and had a tire issue. Had me in and out in less than an hour with a new tire. Got back to the family and continued our day. Chris and his team made it happen. I would give more stars if I could. Thank you tire discounters and thank you Chris.
