It took three days to order the right tire for me (they said it was an odd size, although I would disagree). Then it took them an hour and a half to put it on. No wonder there's always people waiting.

I can’t say enough good things about this particular tire discounters. The GM there and his staff is the only reason I will continue being a customer. I had a really bad experience at the Beaumont center location. I called the main customer service number and they recommended me going to the Nicholasville rd location. My suspicions where spot on and instead of them covering the other stores tracks the addressed the situation and solved the problem. Walked in to have a rear wheel bearing replaced and Joey and his staff took great care of me and got me back on the road in no time. Will definitely recommend this store to everyone I know. Thanks Joey & staff

Excellent service all around, even-though they were about to close I've asked Joey if I could get oli change in addition to new tires they were installing he said yes, saved me time and $ on new BFG tires. Thanks again

Unfortunately I spend a little more time and money here than I would like. But, with 5 cars in the family that happens. The guys take great care every time and I never feel like they push me to get anything I don't need. The only improvement I could see is a little more help at the front counters. There always seems to be a wait.
They did a great job explaining he price, went out of their way to get the tires I wanted same day. Justin was great to work with. I’ll be back for sure
